Life & Style Magazine featured some naked pictures of Vanessa Minnillo and Nick Lachey on their issue this week and now there's a controversy that there's a sex tape:

The rest of the photos show:

"the two not only making out, but having hardcore sex in the hot tub. 'Paris sex tape-level scandalous,' and include images of the couple in several different sex positions.

Unfortunately, the Nickster grabbed some attorney a-hole Marty Singer who issued a threatening letter."

Marty said,

'The photos that were taken of our clients by a Mexican photographer violated Mexican law and were a clear invasion of privacy, and we have threatened to take legal action against third parties who publish the photos.'
